At 2kShopping, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in their original packaging. Due to health regulations, perishable goods can only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged or defective.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for perishables, or 14 days for non-perishables, including your order number and photos of any issues.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Processing & Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
